Welcome to the new blog for Reliant Comics. For those of you who don't know who or what Reliant is, you can head over here to see our old myspace blog. Go ahead. I'll wait.
Done reading? Good. I know it was probably a short read, but it's good to get some context. Anyway, you probably noticed in the old blog that I wasn't very happy with it. That's why I've started this blog. I believe that we really need to convey an image of professionality that myspace just doesn't do well. For the individual that wants to have fun online and maybe sell a thing or two, yeah, myspace is great, but for a business that wants to be taken seriously and grow, a professional looking blog and website are a necessity.
Don't get me wrong, the Myspace page will still be around, at least for the time being. I know that myspace has a lot of networking potential. In fact, the blog there got more hits without us doing anything but post than a blog here can reasonably expect to get in such short time.
So for the time being, we'll be posting here and redirecting people from myspace to this blog. I believe that this blog looks more professional and will be more wieldy than there. Time will tell.
